SRVÉ is a product of SEWN LLC, a limited liability company operating in the United States. References to "SRVÉ," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to SEWN LLC and the SRVÉ platform.

We collect two types of information depending on how you engage with SRVÉ:

A. Anonymous Survey Responses

Some surveys on SRVÉ are designed to be completed anonymously. When you participate in an anonymous survey, we do not collect your name, email address, or any other information that directly identifies you. We may collect general demographic information (such as age range, geographic region, or area of study) as part of the survey instrument. This information is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you individually.

B. Identifiable Information

In some cases, we collect information that can identify you directly. This includes:

• Email address — collected when you request an invite to our community calls (Women's Health Talks and similar events)
• Survey responses linked to your email, where you have explicitly opted into an identified participation experience
• Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit srve.tech, we may automatically collect basic technical information including your browser type, device type, and general geographic location (at the city or state level). This information is used solely to improve platform performance and is not linked to your identity.

SRVÉ is built on the principle of consent. We will always tell you what we are collecting and why before you provide it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate and improve the SRVÉ survey platform
• To send you invitations and updates related to community calls you have opted into
• To analyze survey responses and produce aggregated, anonymized research insights
• To provide AI-generated summaries and live results to participants upon survey completion
• To respond to questions or feedback you send us directly
• To fulfill our mission of returning community-driven insight to the communities that create it

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

SRVÉ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Aggregated research findings: Survey data may be compiled into anonymized reports and shared with partner institutions, researchers, or decision makers. Individual responses are never attributed to specific participants in these reports.
• Service providers: We may use third-party tools to operate the platform (such as survey software, email delivery, and analytics). These providers are only permitted to use your data to deliver services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

5. Data Ownership & Community Rights

SRVÉ is built on the principle that communities own their data. This means:

• Your survey responses belong to you. We are stewards of that data, not owners.
• Aggregated findings derived from community responses are used to benefit and advocate for the communities that created them.
• We will not use community data in ways that contradict or harm the interests of the communities from which it originates.

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

While no system is completely immune to risk, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the information entrusted to us.

SRVÉ operates in the United States. By using our platform, you understand that your information is stored and processed in the United States.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information. Note that anonymized survey responses cannot be deleted as they are not linked to your identity.
• Opt-out: You may unsubscribe from community call invitations at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Data portability: You may request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Children's Privacy

SRVÉ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@srve.tech and we will take steps to delete it.

9. AI & Automated Processing

SRVÉ uses artificial intelligence to calculate live results and generate personalized insight summaries for participants upon survey completion. This processing is applied to your survey responses to produce a real-time summary of your results.

AI-generated summaries are informational in nature. No automated decision-making with legal or significant personal effect is applied to your data without human review.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users who have provided their email address.

Continued use of SRVÉ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
